Rockford Lhotka - WinFS probably won’t debut

11 December, 2004 (05:12) | .NET, Asp.Net 2.o | No comments

There you have it. Straight from the horses mouth ahemmm Rocky’s blog. Kiss your ObjectSpaces good-bye.
Someone should really compile a history of this vaporware via all of the excited blog entries in the community.
So does this mean that MS has recognized that there are plenty of 3rd party tools that do this work […]

He mentioned that he might include the ability to use OPath statements. So my kneejerk reaction was “what the heck was an OPath statement again…” - when you […]

8 December, 2004 (05:23) | General | No comments

Its been a few years since a party contracting programming services has asked me for a resume. The last time that happened I gave them one. This time I handled it differently.
A few days ago I replied to a post on bulletin board of someone looking for consulting help with MS Access. […]

6 December, 2004 (23:18) | General | No comments

Some weeks ago I complained about the database design of the IssueTracker sample app. Today I’m here to tell you that the code portion of the app is much better than the db. I especially like the tabbed UI user controls. Nice going. Well it could also be that I’m just naive and have […]

“…My only response to this is “yup!” . SQL Server Express is one of the projects I’ve most enjoyed working on in this release. The ability to have […]
