The hottest job in LA
I pride myself on my abilities as a developer, architect and author. I’ve been in the business over 12 years and have weathered several technology “evolutions” by Microsoft and other vendors. In short I consider myself one of the few… the proud…. well you know what I’m talking about. All of this ended today. They stole my thunder! Within the space of 72 hours I interviewed and emailed with 3 different QA Managers - all of whom wanted a starting salary of $125,000 per year. Can you believe it? OK maybe I’m a little prejudice or just plain full of myself but what in the world justifies these kind of salaries? Since when are QA people getting that kind of juice? Are developers really that common? OK enough complaining.
