Rick provides us with a checklist that seems very similar to something a VC might use before investing in a company. I think you might also use this list to screen prospective employers. If you are being hired at a high enough management level, these sort of questions make a lot of sense. Of course the people you are interviewing with may not appreciate them, but the more info the better and working for a company that is forthcoming and open with some of these matters makes a lot sense.
